Co-Parenting Class “Heart of a Father”
Fatherhood Workshop
An 8-Week Virtual Workshop for Fathers
I’m a husband.
I’m a father of three.
And I’m still learning what it means to carry fatherhood well.
In my work as a therapist, I sit with many fathers who are doing everything they can for their families, yet still feel exhausted, disconnected, or quietly unsure of whether they’re enough. These are good men carrying real weight, often without many places to set it down.
This eight-week virtual Fatherhood Class was created to offer that space.
This group is not about parenting perfection or quick fixes. It is about slowing down, reflecting honestly, and strengthening the emotional foundation that supports both you and your family. The class is research-informed, reflective, and community-centered, drawing from concepts explored in The Heart of a Father workshop.
Format
- 8-week virtual group
